Handstand Holds 3x max time FS 110# felt great!
Met-Con blu+prpl bnds in 9:12. The last 3 rounds of DU's got really tough and broken, last 2 rounds of pull-ups were difficult. I have to get back to consistently working on pull-ups!!!
Handstand holds 1:00, :30x2. My wrists got tired after the first hold......
Overall a pretty good day!!
