225x4x1 275x4x4 This felt good and not heavy at all. My form was the best I had in weeks
Metcon was row 1K then 150 double unders time was 11:05
DU took me forever and I could only knockout 5-10 at a time. I would like to do this again and see if I can get this done in sets of 25 which is how I should have broke this down
I plan on doing a CFE workout today and rest for Saturday and a named WOD Sundayw/ running
